If payment is made for any of our products and/or services by check, and such payment is subsequently dishonored by the bank from where the check is drawn, True Healthy Products LLC reserves the right to resubmit the payment electronically either directly or through a third-party payment and/or collection service. You agree that you are responsible for any and all fees pertaining to a returned payment, regardless of the reason. The Returned Check Fee is currently US$35.00 for each occurrence, and will be added to your account. Any order not paid due to returned payments after a reasonable period of time will be considered fraudulent and will be turned over either for collection and/or subsequent prosecution.

E-Mail-A-Friend

If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. True Healthy Products does not store this information.
